My Order

How will I know that you have received my order?
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation email from us. Please check your spam or junk folder if you have not received it. You can also check the status of your order by logging into your account on our website.

Can I change my order?
We start processing orders immediately to ensure fast delivery. Therefore, we are unable to change an order once it has been placed. This includes changes to the items, the delivery address, or the chosen delivery method. If you no longer require your order, you can cancel it as long as it has not yet entered the dispatch process.

Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched. If your order has already been prepared for dispatch, we will be unable to cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel. If your order is cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be issued.

I have a discount code. Where do I enter it?
You can enter your discount code during the checkout process. On the shopping bag page, you will see a field marked ‘Promo Code’. Simply enter the code and click ‘Apply’. The discount will then be deducted from your order total.

Why is my discount code not working?
Please check the terms and conditions of the discount code to ensure your order meets the criteria, such as a minimum spend amount or that the items in your bag are included in the promotion. Also, ensure the code has been entered correctly and has not expired. Only one promo code can be used per order.

How do I know if an item is in stock?
All items available on our website are in stock. If an item is not available for purchase, it will be marked as ‘out of stock’ and will not be available to add to your bag.

I am trying to order an item but the ‘Add to Bag’ button is greyed out. Why is this?
If the ‘Add to Bag’ button is not active, it is usually because a required option has not been selected, such as the size or colour of a product. Please ensure you have made all necessary selections.

Do you charge for delivery?
Our delivery charges vary depending on the delivery service you select and the size of your order. The exact cost will be clearly shown during the checkout process before you confirm and pay for your order.

What are your delivery options and how long will it take?

Can I collect my order from a store?
We do not currently offer a click and collect service from our stores. All orders are delivered to the address you provide.

I have not received my order confirmation email.
Please first check your junk or spam email folder. If you still cannot find the confirmation email, please log in to your account on our website to view your order history and confirm the order was placed successfully.

I have not received my parcel. What should I do?
Please use the tracking information provided in your dispatch email to check the status of your delivery. If your estimated delivery date has passed and your tracking information has not updated, please contact us for further assistance.

My order has arrived but an item is missing.
We are very sorry if this has happened. Please get in touch with our customer service team, who will be happy to investigate this for you.
